About the role:

Within the OMS (Outage & Maintenance Services) Business Unit, Westinghouse Electric Nuclear Field Services France entity, based in Mondragon (84) - France, develops customized solutions to meet the complex inspection and maintenance needs of nuclear power plants and sites.

In a context of business growth, we are looking to strengthen our team and our organization.

As a Engineering Team Manager you will lead a local team of 5+ members, distribute activities and manage current and future resources needs. A minor part of your activity will also include direct Project Management activities.

You will report to the Reactor Products Services Engineering Manager and be located at Mondragon (France) with possible hybrid work arrangements.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Engineering Manager

• Lead the team and distribute activities among team members, taking into account the varied experiences and skills present in the team
• Supervise team members hierarchically ( goals definition, performance evaluation, training and development plans).
• Resource planning

As a Project Manager

• Manage costs, planning, quality, deliverables and risks of projects
• Assure compliance with customer requirements
• Implement internal project management processes
• Contribute to technical decisions on projects, thanks to your engineering background
• Manage the testing, qualification and operational implementation phases (on nuclear power plants or sites).

Qualifications:

• BAC+5 General Engineer or Mechatronics/Robotics/Automation/Non-Destructive Testing
• + 5 years of experience in Project Management in an industrial environment
• French fully proficiency - Advanced English
