Project Coordinator

Opportunity Overview:

Project Coordinator position based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

This is a 1 year. contract assignment.(W-2) You will join the Central Maintenance – Special Projects organization. You have experience in the construction/renewables industry, demonstrated experience in project management, and experience working with several team member across multiple disciplines.

You will collaborate with and assist a lead Project Manager in different Wind Turbine construction projects and different technical/engineering projects. A technical background (understanding of mechanical/electrical aspects; field construction techniques, equipment). Travel to projects in the field will be required-up to 25%.

You will report to the onsite Manager.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Help plan and execute Wind Turbine construction and technical/engineering projects
• Build and upkeep project schedules in Smartsheet
• Engage with outside vendors to determine material availability, execution schedule, and other items
• Meet with team members for ongoing project status updates
• Prepare and host pre-bid/pre-construction meetings
• Travel to projects site to oversee execution of tasks and provide daily reports

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's – Engineering OR relevant field/construction experience
• Experience: 3+ years
• Must be proficient in PM Scheduling software (i.e. Smartsheet, Excel)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified but not required.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $60.00/hr to $65.00/hr.
