The Senior Director, Global HR Systems, Payroll & Services is responsible for setting strategy and vision for Global HRIM, Payroll and HR Services, as well as, have oversight for the execution of the strategies, project coordination and management for the development of a cost-effective department while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization. Future business needs include the identification for further expansion globally.  We will consider a US Remote candidate for this role, however there is a preference for a candidate who can travel to our HQ office in Cranberry Township, PA regularly.


Your Day-to-Day

  • Promote proactive approaches using the company’s HRIS to solve business needs/problems, while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRIS capabilities. Lead HRIS integration activities.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with HR constituents and customer base, serve as an interface between internal/external customers and functional team members to ensure effective definition of and delivery of HRIS/Payroll applications and provide overall prioritization of work assignments and management of functional team resources and their activities.
  • Negotiate priorities and support requirements with the IT department, functional staff at the field locations and others as appropriate based on business needs.
  • Set Global HR Data Standards and governance
  • Lead and continuously improve HR service delivery with a strong focus on employee, manager, and HR experience through tiered level support and global service request technology
  • Actively develop team talent to help drive organizational success and employee engagement to achieve business priorities
  • Global Payroll execution for all Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual processes.
  • Implementation of Global Payroll in all Countries including data and process standards
  • For all third-party interfaces including, taxes, benefits, G/L, and others
  • Approving payroll funding throughout the world
  • Managing the vendor relationships for payroll worldwide including, SLA management, issue resolution and billings
  • Setting vision on HR data processes and global data standards
  • Ensuring that Policies/Procedures are documented and aligned with regulations and guidelines globally
  • Timely and accurate execution for all organizational maintenance and HR data entry
  • Responsible for KPI’s and SLA’s from the HR SSC to the Westinghouse business.
  • Responsible for Process Automation and efficiency
  • Direct Major Projects for HR systems and payroll including contracting, implementation, interface support, testing, hypercare, stabilization, and ongoing support model development & delivery.
  • Setting vision and direction for HR Systems Landscape Globally
  • Prioritize all system change requests
  • Budget for all HR system changes and upgrades internationally
  • Ensure continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization
  • Ensure data auditing and adherence to global standards
  • Promote systems use, Training for HR, Managers and Employees of HR Tools.


Who You Are
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or other related degree or equivalent
  • 10+years’ experience leading an HR Operational team for a global organization, 15+ years preferred
  • Global Payroll Experience throughout the Americas and EMEA regions
  • Large Scale HR Systems Implementations and Operational Excellence initiatives
  • Experience leading and developing teams
