The Global Mobility Assistant is a global role that will perform a variety of confidential Human Resource functional and administrative responsibilities to support internal and external customer requests.  The Global Mobility Assistant will provide a range of support to the Global Mobility team in order to execute all cross-border and global mobility programs, including the company’s global immigration program.  This role is Hybrid (Krakow Office) or REMOTE in Poland.  This is an afternoon shift role with 2 PM to 10 PM CEST expected hours.  

 

Your Day to Day:

  • Perform global mobility transactional tasks that include but are not limited to:
  • Immigration Initiation Process:  Complete Work Authorization Request Form (WARF) and submit it to the Company’s global immigration vendor.
  • Manage customer enquiries through the Alight hrX ticketing system.
  • Create Certificates of Coverage, A1’s, and Posted Worker declarations for Westinghouse employees globally. 
  • Create and sign cross-border travel support letters for Westinghouse employees world-wide.
  • Create and sign supporting letters for work permits and work visas for Westinghouse employees globally.
  • Request health insurance and International SOS confirmation of coverage documents.
  • Responsible for providing/executing or ensuring timely collection of company-provided corporate documents including ensuring timely execution, notarization, and, where necessary, legalization of same.
  • Create, maintain, and update various Excel spreadsheets utilized by the global mobility team in day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure accuracy of HR data processing.

 

Who You Are:

  • High School diploma
  • Typically, one to five years of experience in transactional roles - HR/Finance/Shared Servies or other similar experience. 
  • Independent thinker who is able to make decisions by utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action/response.
  • Must have the ability to work remotely/independently on a daily basis. 
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must be able to proactively plan, execute, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required.
