Support Customer Account Managers (CAM) in capturing opportunities in every aspects
Develop commercial offers and negotiate with customers for closing
Collect market information and voice of customers to review operations, performance issues and customer’s needs
Maintain an understanding and status of key projects and keep the CAMs appraised of project execution and issues
Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):
Create and updateopportunities/orders on sales management tool, e.g. D365 and SAP
Discuss and negotiate with customers to clarify scope of work and deliverables
Prepare NDAs and MOUs, as needed
Offer development working with relevant functional groups (WEJ Projects, overseas technical and commercial group) on offer development
Prepare for Limits of Authority (LOA) and pricing
Prepare and execute contract with customers and sub-contractors
Perform Order Entry and createSales Orders in SAP
Manage contract changes and monitor project executions in terms of finance
Coordinate acceptance, invoices&sales recognition with customers/Finance/Projects
Interface with customers in gathering intelligence/feedback and promoting new opportunities
Be able to act on behalf of CAM in case of his absence
Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:
Education Level (Degree, Area of Study) – Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor degree (in engineering if applicable), related technical discipline or equivalent
Business knowledge in contracting and accounting/finance
Years of Experience (if applicable):
5-10 years as a sales engineer preferably in nuclear or electric utility related business, especially in a field related to nuclear fuel

Skills and Competencies:
Willingness to actively learn new area and efficient in time management
Understanding of different commercial processes employed by various customers in Japan, and plan and allocate resource/efforts accordingly to optimize internal and external commercial document preparation
Understanding of general commercial and legal terms of contracting and NDAs
Communicate and negotiate with Legal internally in US and externally
Practical and some fundamental knowledge of engineering principles and techniques, nuclear fuel and nuclear fuel cycle
Capable of understanding of Intelligence / voice of customers along with Westinghouse position and capability and reflect it into promotional process (engineering and commercial approach)
Capable of written and verbal communication in Japanese and English
Host and facilitate meetings internally and externally including translation as needed
