Job Description

 

We are looking for an Administrative Specialist to work at our client’s site located in Bridgman, MI for a full-time contract position.  As an Administrative Specialist, you will assist the department with the daily workflow.  You are someone that has the ability to work as a member of a team.  You desire to learn new skills and have the ability to understand and learn basic technical information.   We are seeking local candidates only.      

 

Job Details/Essential Job Functions:

 

  • Perform basic, routine administrative duties following well-defined standard procedures, assist with document processing, and assist in compiling special reports and requests for information from other areas.
  • Maintain filing and record keeping systems.
  • Must possess the ability to process data quickly and accurately, have superior organizational skills, and communicate effectively, both written and orally, with all levels of management and vendors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company matters and data as required.
  • Other tasks as needed

 

Job Requirements

 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma or educational equivalent.
  • Demonstrates proficiency with computers and the use of office-oriented equipment and software.
  • Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana as well as CBD oil), and employment testing.
  • Are a candidate local to the area
