Electrical Planner

Opportunity Overview: I&C / Electrical Planner – 7-12+ month Contract – Palisades Nuclear Power Plant - Covert, Michigan

WECTEC Staffing/Westinghouse has a great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Planner to support Westinghouse project work at Palisades Nuclear Power Plant in Covert, Michigan.  

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Take Approved Design/Engineering Change Package and develop Work Order and write work steps for field implementation
• Field Engineering support to walkdown the modification for constructability
• Develop BOM (Bill of Material) for ordering of parts and issuance to the project

What we need to see from you:     

• Bachelor’s degree in electricalor nuclear engineering preferred but not required
• Additional education in I&C, Engineering preferred
• Current Qualifications for Planning APS
• Experience as an I&C/Electrical Nuclear Planner in the Nuclear Industry
• 6-8 + years of experience in the Electrical /I&C nuclear field   
• Must pass background check for nuclear clearance
