I&C Project Manager

About the role: I&C Project Manager – 12+ Month Contract – Covert, MI.

The I&C Project Manager oversees electrical projects, ensuring the team completes them on time, within budget, and to specifications, and requires a blend of technical knowledge and management skills. We base this position at the Palisades Nuclear Plant in Covert, MI. You will work on-site and report to the Manager of I&C Installation Services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Planning and Management: I&C Project Managers are responsible for planning and directing electrical projects as part of larger construction efforts. This includes developing project plans, budgets, and schedules.

· Coordinate with electricians, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.

· Delegate tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating collaboration among team members.

· Maintaining communication with clients, contractors, and partners is crucial.

· Present progress reports, manage relationships, and meet project requirements.

· Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and legal regulations is a critical part of the role.

· Must stay updated on industry standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

· We require a bachelor's degree in electrical or I&C engineering or a related field.

· Additional certifications in project management can be beneficial.

· We require previous management experience in electrical projects, along with an understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.

· An understanding of electrical systems, project management methodologies, and industry standards is necessary.

· Be a leader who can manage teams and projects and communicate expectations.

· The ability to identify potential risks and implement solutions to mitigate them is important for project success.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $95.00/hour to $100.00/hour.
