Maintenance Instructor

Maintenance Instructors -  Long-term contract - Palisades, MI

Provide industry instructors who have current training experience and qualifications.

Your day to day: 

a. Revise and deliver classroom lesson plans that meet all current site training requirements.

b. Revise and deliver laboratory training lesson plans and evaluation guides that meet all current site training requirements.

c. Develop or revise required evaluation materials as needed throughout the program, this may consist of written exam questions, DLAs, and laboratory evaluations.

d. Conduct student reviews and follow up meetings to meet program requirements in supporting the monitoring of candidate performance.

e. Respond to any instructor feedback received from management observations conducted on sessions they supported.

Who you are: 

• Maintenance experience at an operating Nuclear Power Plant, for 5-10 years (continuous employment at one site or same division
• 5 years' experience as supervisor/lead, or 1 year as manager
• Must be a capable presenter with strong oral and written communication skills for developing and presenting presentations
• Additionally prefer experience in training, peer review and managing a contractor work force at a US Nuclear Power Plant
• Successful clearance of a nuclear background and drug screen
