About the role:

Contract opportunity for an APX Strategic Operators Analyst. You will report to the Senior Manager, Technical Offer Development and can support the Senior Manager, Product Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

The APX Strategic Operations Analyst provides analytical communications, and coordination support across technical offer development, business strategy projects, and staff operations within the APX organization. The APX organization delivers new plant projects, such as the AP1000, for Westinghouse.

You will be a connector between technical, commercial, and strategic teams, supporting the development of high‑quality technical offers, clear strategic materials, internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Offer Development

• Support the development, coordination, and quality control of APX technical offers and proposals.
• Prepare draft written content, executive summaries, graphics, and supporting materials for proposals and internal reviews.
• Support tracking of action items, milestones, content ownership across offer efforts.
• Support lessons‑learned capture and continuous improvement of offer development processes.

Product Strategy Support

• Help prepare strategic presentation materials for leadership discussions.
• Translate technical or market information into materials.

Staff Operations Support

• Help prepare agendas, materials, and summaries for meetings, town halls, and other internal communication needs.
• Help maintain important trackers, dashboards, and shared documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Energy Studies, International Affairs, Business, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Interest in or foundational understanding of the energy industry
• Attention to detail.
• In a matrixed, fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with SharePoint or collaboration tools is a plus.
