Duties to include, but are not limited to:

• Set up and maintain master data within SAP and the administrative activities needed to ensure appropriate personnel assignments and contract details for payroll processing and invoice creation.
• Troubleshooting and error resolution
• Assist and provide exta support for data management of value contract pay and billing, per diem rates set up steps of new contract or release phase of book-to-bill lifecycle and job code calidation
• Consistently connect and communicate with Customers, FAMs, Timekeepers, Recruiters, HR and Operations.  

What we need to see from you:               

• High School Diploma
• College or at least 3 years of computer knowledge
• Attention to detail required
• Collaborate and works well with others
• Higher level of interpersonal skills
• Empathy for others
• Desire to learn, gain knowledge and adapt to changes quickly
• Comfprt with higher level of data and technology 
• Ability for decision making and appropriate judgement
• Microsoft Excel
• Pass background and drug screen
• Previous experience in SAP, PHX, ALight, ServiceNow, PowerBI preferred
