Westinghouse BHI/WECTEC Staffing Talent Acquisition has an exciting opportunity for a contract Recruiting Coordinator on our team. 

Contract: 6 months based on performance
Title: Staffing Coordinator 
Location: Piedmont SC – Note: This position is a hybrid and does include 3 to 4 days remote once training is complete and proficiency is determined within the role.

Your Day to Day

As the Staffing Coordinator for BHI Talent Acquisition, you will be a critical resource tasked with new hire onboarding and off-boarding, payroll management, recruiting steps and status updates and data entry into the applicant tracking system along with data adjustments in various systems throughout the internal network.
 
Additional duties include:  
•    Employee Data Management in multiple internal systems
•    Process and manage ticketing system for all required employee changes
•    Working with various departments within the company to address issues
•    Employment Verifications
•    Per Diem Certification
•    Contractor Data Management
•    Creation and revision of new and existing processes
•    Data reporting and data validation
 
Who You Are
 
•    Proven experience in HRIS Systems ( applicant tracking systems, Microsoft office with proficiency in Excel)
•    Good understanding of Human Resources Operations and best practices
•    Exceptionally strong organizational and time management skills
•    Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
•    Data entry and attention to detail
