Access Control Coordinator

Onsite Liaison - Managing Engineering teams throughout the plant.  Contract for 18 months 

 Westinghouse site in Columbia, SC at the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility

Escort foreign persons onsite   

Individual must be able to commit to work within this time frame, Monday through Friday, normal business hours.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Perform escort duty during normal business hours to maintain compliance with export regulations
• Ensure the engineers do not enter restricted areas as defined by export regulations
• Meet and collect the engineers upon arrivals at and departures from Westinghouse CFFF facility
• Create and maintain a daily log of locations visited and activities
• Escort the engineers through facility areas and ensure prompt arrivals and departures for meetings and scheduled activities
  • This includes areas containing special nuclear material and hazardous chemicals
• Support coordination between Westinghouse engineers and Cyient engineers as permitted by export regulations
  • This includes electronic file transfers using SharePoint

What we need to see from you:               

• High school education (some college or degree preferred) or technical degree
• Ability to physically escort and maintain awareness of the engineers’ locations and activities
• MS Office tools – EXCEL and Word
• Ability to comply with policies and procedures including industrial, environmental, and regulatory safety requirements
