Administrative Specialist I – Contract 4 months

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $52,000 to $62,400 annually.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Managing communications: Answering phones, screening calls, and acting as a point of contact for customers and internal staff.
  • Data and document management: Processing data, handling information requests, and producing reports.
  • Project and special assignments: Working on special projects, analyzing data, and documenting processes.
  • Administrative support: Performing a wide range of duties like scheduling, filing, and providing general office support to management and other departments.
  • The role requires applying organizational knowledge and exercising independent judgment in applying company policies and standards.
  • Customer Interaction: Depending on the specific role, the position may involve direct interaction with customers to resolve issues.
  • Support for Specialized Functions: Some roles focus on supporting specific departments, like corporate governance and legal departments, or specialized programs.

 

Who You Are:               

 

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

  • Experience in performing various clerical and administrative support duties, such as managing communications, handling data, and assisting with projects.
  • Experience in providing customer service, often with increasing responsibility.
  • The  ability to use of independent judgment.
  • Experience in supporting executives or specialized programs.
  • Must have skills in office operations and organizational policies.
