About the role:

As an Senior Project Manager on our Reactor Component Upgrades and Major Programs team (RCUMP), you will manage projects within the Reactor Component Upgrades Project Execution and Delivery organization.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Reactor Component Upgrades, you will work on-site at Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA. when not traveling. You must be local, or willing to relocate to the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will manage all project management processes for moderate to high complexity projects or a portfolio of lower complexity projects.
• You will improve operating plant support by overseeing the development of cost estimates and offers.
• Complete all aspects of planning process to meet Westinghouse Project Management Requirements (WPMR).
• You will Interpret and transmit project/contract requirements and subsequent changes to teams using an integrated change management process.
• Coordinate project communications.
• Perform final project quality assessment and report findings.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, lessons and risk avoidance for future work.
• You will use interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with team, customer and other partners.
• Identify improvement or recovery opportunities that promotes successful project delivery.
• You will use and support Westinghouse project management systems and controls.
• Support financial planning through forecasting spending on assigned projects.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline. If you have an advanced degree in Project Management, Engineering , Construction or Business, that is a plus.
• You should have 5 or more years of experience as project manager leading and directing low to moderate complexity projects to successful completion.
• 3 years of project management experience with 2 additional years in a technical leadership role may be considered.
• If you have more than 6 years of experience as project manager in a technical industry, that is preferred.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $60/hour to $65/hour.
