About the role:

Primarily remote

In‑office one day per week in Minneapolis, MN

The Project Coordinator supports Demand Side Management (DSM) programs within the Energy Efficiency and Demand Response organization. You will work across multiple residential and limited commercial programs, with responsibilities shifting based on seasonality, program demand, and rebate volume.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high volumes of rebate applications and work orders
  • Work from shared Salesforce queues, processing applications from oldest to newest
  • Coordinate indirectly with Hunt Electric, a third‑party vendor, using Salesforce, email, and chat tools
  • Monitor workload, quotas, and progress using Salesforce dashboards
  • Collaborate daily with teammates by chat and shared tools
  • Support both residential and commercial rebate workflows
  • Follow established program rules, validation steps, and documentation standards to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements that increase efficiency or accuracy

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in:
    • High‑volume, shared‑queue environments
    • Operational processing, program administration, or similar roles
  • Analytical and validation skills
  • 1+ years of experience with modern data‑entry or operational systems
  • Utility or rebate program experience
