About the role:

Minneapolis, MN

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support Demand Side Management (DSM) programs within the Energy Efficiency and Demand Response organization in Minneapolis, MN. This is a primarily remote position with one required in-office day per week, either Monday or Friday. The Project Coordinator will report to the Manager within the Energy Efficiency and Demand Response organization.

You will support high-volume rebate processing and program administration across residential and limited commercial programs. The Project Coordinator will work across multiple programs, with responsibilities shifting based on seasonal demand and program volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume rebate applications and work orders, supporting programs that handle tens of thousands of transactions annually.
• Manage work from shared Salesforce queues, generally processing requests from oldest to newest.
• Validate customer eligibility, qualifying equipment, program requirements, and incentive amounts.
• Review applications submitted digitally, through PDF documents, and by physical mail.
• Use Salesforce dashboards to monitor workload, progress, productivity, and program quotas.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, including Hunt Electric, through Salesforce, email, and chat.
• Support residential rebate workflows and assist with commercial programs.
• Process regulated rebates and incentives.
• Collaborate with team members daily in a primarily remote environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in operational processing, program administration, data entry, or a similar high-volume environment.
• 1+ years of experience working in a shared-queue or high-volume processing environment.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $24.00/hour to $28.00/hour.
