Operations Coordinator - Energy Programs

About the role:

Hybrid Position in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to support Commercial Demand Side Management (DSM) programs within the utility energy efficiency space. You will support multiple jurisdictions and focus on program administration, rebate coordination, and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help administer commercial energy efficiency (DSM) programs across five jurisdictions
• Review incoming rebate applications for completeness and route them to the processing team
• Maintain program marketing materials
• Manage shared program inboxes
• Track and complete assigned tasks within Salesforce or similar systems
• Identify missing documentation (e.g., invoices) and follow up with team members
• Communicate with project teams to ensure completion of program activities
• Participate in weekly product/program meetings to agree on priorities and program updates
• Help with reporting, tracking, and process documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years experinece in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
• Exposure to utility, energy efficiency, or regulated environments
• Customer service or administrative experience
