Power BI Reporting & Analytics Analyst

About the role:

We are looking for a Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst to support the Design & Planning organization through the development of impactful dashboards, scorecards, and business intelligence solutions. You will use SAP, HANA, Salesforce, Databricks, and Power BI data. It will create visually compelling, user-friendly reporting tools that improve operational transparency and support business oversight. Furthermore, these tools will promote data-driven decision-making.

You will partner directly with senior leaders and team members across multiple business groups. These groups include Design & Planning, Control Center, Trouble Operations, Contracting, and Operations. Your responsibilities will involve gathering requirements, validating data, and delivering applicable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and promote Power BI dashboards and scorecards.
• Extract and analyze data from SAP, HANA, Salesforce, Databricks, databases, manual files, and other data sources.
• Build ETL processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Develop reporting solutions that provide visibility into timelines, productivity, workloads, efficiencies, process adherence, and workflow performance.
• Create both new dashboards from scratch and enhance existing reporting solutions.
• Perform data validation and reasonability checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with business leaders and team members to gather requirements and refine reporting outputs.
• Create and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports.
• Document reporting requirements, processes, data definitions, and methodologies.
• Respond to data inquiries and provide analytical support across the organization.
• Use AI-enabled tools and analytics capabilities to improve reporting and business insights.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Power BI dashboard development and data visualization experience.
• SQL query development experience.
• Experience working with SAP data and SAP HANA.
• Experience with ETL processes and relational databases.
• Experience extracting and reporting on Salesforce data.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $68.00/hour to $73.00/hour.
