About the role:

Minneapolis, MN

The Project Coordinator supports Demand Side Management (DSM) programs within the Energy Efficiency and Demand Response portfolio. This work involves multiple residential programs and limited commercial efforts. The Coordinator's responsibilities shift based on seasonal demand and program volume. Important programs include Residential Saver Switch, AC Rewards (smart thermostat program), and limited support for commercial Saver Switch. Additionally, there is exposure to EV rebates, energy efficiency rebates, pilot programs, and Windsource enrollments during slower periods. You will be operational and focused on high-volume rebate processing and program administration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate large volumes of rebate applications
  • Work through Salesforce queues in priority order
  • Review customer documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members through chat in a remote environment
  • Communicate with vendors regarding application status or issues
  • Track progress and meeting daily/weekly processing quotas

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in:
    • High-volume operational processing or program administration
    • Shared queue environments
  • Analytical and validation skills
  • 1+ years of experience with modern data entry and operational systems
  • Work in a corporate environment
