About the role:

Edina, MN

We are looking for a Project Manager – Electrical Distribution to support customer-focused distribution projects. This is a hybrid Designer/Project Manager role, where you will manage projects from initial intake through design, coordination, and completion.

You will report to the Design Supervisor/Distribution Manager and work with a team of designers and partners across engineering, operations, and construction.

We offer a unique opportunity to combine technical design work with project management responsibilities while collaborating across engineering, operations, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage distribution projects within an assigned territory from initiation through completion
• Perform electrical distribution design work using GIS-based systems
• Support residential and commercial service applications
• Coordinate with our teams including engineering, operations, scheduling, and construction
• Communicate with external customers, contractors, and electricians
• Maintain project documentation including scope, schedule, and updates
• Conduct site visits and field inspections (~30% of role)
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Associate degree (required)
• 0–3 years of experience in electrical, construction, GIS, or project management
• 0-3 years of experience with electrical distribution or utility systems

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $26.00/hour to $31.00/hour.
