About the role:

Minneapolis, MN

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring projects within Customer Care and Operations organizations. You will focus on recruiting for customer-facing positions, including Call Center Agents, Credit Representatives, and Business Service Center Representatives. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and partner with hiring leaders, team members, and recruiting team members across multiple locations.

Additional Details:

• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
• Our needs and hiring volume may require overtime.
• Remote work available during the contract assignment
• If we convert you to a permanent employee, we expect a hybrid schedule with office attendance Tuesday through Thursday.
• Opportunity to support large-scale, high-volume hiring projects within a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Potential for long-term extension and/or permanent conversion based on performance and our needs

The ideal candidate will have experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building partnerships with hiring leaders, and filling high-volume positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume customer care and call center positions
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple recruiting channels
• Conduct phone interviews and initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leaders
• Guide candidates through the hiring process from application through offer stage
• Manage offer creation, negotiations, and candidate communications
• Develop relationships with hiring leaders and important partners
• Partner with business teams to understand workforce needs and recruiting priorities
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
• Support recruiting efforts across multiple departments and operational teams

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
• Sourcing and candidate pipeline development experience
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience using Workday Recruiting

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $34.00/hour to $38.00/hour.
