Senior SAP FICA Consultant (Utilities)

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICA Solution Consultant to support a large-scale Greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. You will be a subject matter expert within the SAP FICA module. It will help design critical billing and invoicing processes. Additionally, it will support one of the utility industry's most strategic technology modernization programs.

You will bring deep SAP implementation expertise, utility industry experience, and a track record supporting multiple SAP transformation projects. This position is remote with 25% travel to Minneapolis, MN. You will operate within a collaborative environment consisting of internal business teams, system integrators, and third-party partners. While this is an individual contributor position, success depends on teamwork and partnership across multiple project team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA FICA functionality.
• Review and provide recommendations on business process designs, technical designs, and main project deliverables.
• Support SAP billing and invoicing process configuration and optimization.
• Help with process standardization and redesign as part of a Greenfield SAP implementation.
• Participate in project workshops, design sessions, and daily stand-up meetings.
• Collaborate with internal business teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
• Support functional troubleshooting, requirements discussions, and SAP-related inquiries throughout project phases.
• Work across multiple project workstreams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• Experience in SAP FICA.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Utility industry experience.
• Participation in at least two SAP implementation projects (Greenfield and/or Brownfield).
• Experience configuring and supporting billing and invoicing processes within SAP.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $75.00/hour to $80.00/hour.
