Opportunity Overview:

We are looking for an Account Specialist for a 1-year contract in Coral Gables, FL to manage account enrollment processes, oversee transaction management, and provide essential support for billing operations. You are efficient with opportunities for development in a great environment.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage account enrollments, ensuring accuracy.

  • Handle transaction management and maintain records.

  • Provide essential support in billing operations.

  • Perform administrative and project-related tasks.

  • Contribute to process optimization and support operational goals.

  • Resolve inquiries promptly.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, claims, customer accounting, or revenue recovery.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Proficiency in CRM software.
