About the role:

Location: Seminole, TX

Per diem paid 7 days/week plus a monthly travel stipend

 

You will support the electrical and engineering aspects of a new combustion turbine power plant, including electrical distribution systems, grounding, cable installations, and electrical support for turbine and balance‑of‑plant equipment.

You will support a greenfield power generation project involving the installation of five simple‑cycle combustion turbines.

The Electrical/Engineering Construction Supervisor III ensures EPC electrical work meets design intent, contract requirements, and safety standards.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee electrical construction activities, including cable trays, conduit, grounding, equipment terminations, and electrical balance‑of‑plant systems
  • Perform quality inspections using ArcGIS / Survey123
  • Verify work complies with electrical drawings, specifications, and codes
  • Document inspection results, deficiencies, and corrective actions
  • Participate in daily POD meetings and coordination discussions
  • Coordinate inspection readiness for electrical work fronts
  • Support readiness for energization and system turnover
  • Ensure compliance with evolving electrical safety and PPE requirements

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of electrical construction oversight or engineering experience
  • Power plant or industrial electrical experience
  • Familiarity with grounding, cable systems, and electrical installation standards
  • 1+ years of experience with ArcGIS, Survey123, or Procore preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
