Senior Accountant

Opportunity Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to support our finance team during an 8‑week project. You will report to the Senior Manager, Finance. This job is fully remote and allows performance from any location with a reliable high‑speed internet connection.

In this project‑based role, you will support the Annual Incentive Fee reconciliation, assist with audit preparation, and contribute to important accounting activities that support operations, payroll, and client reporting.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Support the Annual Incentive Fee reconciliation and billing process
• Prepare financial packages used by operations, clients, and payroll teams.
• Prepare and reconcile unbilled revenue, including researching discrepancies and completing journal entries.
• Perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Help with special accounting projects, including audit preparation and supporting documentation.
• Work with internal partners through virtual meetings, email, and shared digital tools.
• Use D365 / Finance and Operations when needed.

Who You Are:

• You are comfortable managing your time and responsibilities in a remote work environment.
• You understand core accounting principles, including revenue recognition and reconciliation methods.
• You are digitally proficient and able to navigate online systems, shared documents, and workflow tools.
• You have access to a reliable high‑speed internet connection for remote work.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Finance and Operations.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $50-53/hr.
