Senior Project Controls Specialist

About the role:

Remote, Mountain Standard Time Zone

We are looking for an experienced Project Specialist to support large-scale projects. You will contribute to project coordination, tracking, reporting, and execution while working with teams. This is a 100% remote position however, you must reside in the Mountain Time Zone and be available to work Mountain Time business hours. You will excel in a collaborative environment while taking ownership of assigned projects and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project-related activities from planning through execution.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and action items.
• Use SAP to manage project data, track progress, and support project administration functions.
• Coordinate with your team to gather information, provide updates, and ensure project agreement.
• Identify project issues, and roadblocks and help develop solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate project status updates to team members.
• Support continuous improvement projects and process enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience in project management, project coordination, project controls, or related functions.
• Demonstrated project management experience supporting complex projects.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, formulas, and spreadsheet management.
• Experience collaborating across teams and departments.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $69.00/hour to $74.00/hour.
