Sr. Communication Specialist

Opportunity Overview

Carry projects from the earliest stages of concept and development through to successful completion on time, on budget, and as measured by achievement of metrics. Work with a high degree of independence in anticipating client needs and developing communication solutions that further the goals and ensure their successful implementation. You will report to the Communications Manager and be onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL with approximately 15% travel to wind and solar sites across the US to meet with distributed teams.

Your Day-to-Day

• Plan and write strategic communications
• Use data to inform messaging and track performance
• Improve and follow established processes
• Collaborate on project management
• Build client and team relationships
• Communicate across departments and with leadership
• Lead change management across U.S. and Canada
• Monitor adoption with data, surveys, and interviews
• Create branding materials for partners and users
• Write large-scale communications and presentations
• Identify and address adoption barriers
• Enhance change management tools with automation and AI management tools using automation and AI

Who You Are

• 5+ years of multi-disciplinary experience
• Bachelor's in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with strategic communication planning
• Experienced in audience research and message development
• Project management experience
• Solid business and financial experience
• Prosci ADKAR certified
• 3+ years in communications or change management
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe, and design tools

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $62-67/hr.
