About the role:
We're looking for an Account Specialist-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 8-months contract assignment.(W-2) You will provide full account management support for business, commercial, industrial, national, and government customers. Handle customer requests, complaints, and claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to resolve issues, process billing, manage accounts, and support financial and operational tasks.
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing, and enrollment.
- Process claims, contractor invoices, and fulfillment requests.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate account records and follow established policies.
- Participate in training and development programs for customer service
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in customer service, sales, claims, customer accounting, or revenue recovery.
- Shifts may include evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
