Business Services Technician

About the role:

We're looking for a Business Services Technician-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 4-months contract assignment.(W-2) You will perform multiple administrative tasks regarding purchase orders, work cycles, and transaction MR11 in SAP Materials Management (MM). We use MR 11 transactions to maintain and clear the Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) account when there are discrepancies between quantities received and invoiced.

It is a period-end tool. You will report to the onsite manager.

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Purchase Orders with a focus on commercial content and risk mitigation

• Process Work Cycles and MR 11 transactions

• Support the Jira service desk and perform month end activities

• Resolve vendor issues, handle and respond to urgent requests

• Collaborate with multiple departments such as Engineering, Operations, Business Management, IT, Accounts Payable, and the Integrated Supply Chain

• Maintain compliance with company SOX controls and procedures

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma / GED required.

• A general understanding of Procurement and Accounting 1+ years in Procurement, Accounts Payable or another administrative finance responsibility

• SAP experience is helpful
