Change Management Coordinator

About the role:

We're looking for a Change-Management Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 10+ months contract assignment.(W-2) You will support the analysis and tracking of change management activities to help facilitate and guide user adoption. You will engage all levels of the organization by maintaining change management self-service tools, resources, and channels for leaders, change network, and practitioners. You will report to the onsite manager.

Location: Palm Coast, FL 32164

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain resources and utilize communications channels to provide updates on important business unit change initiatives.
• Use tools to track planning and completion of learning opportunities and training effectiveness.
• Use tools to measure and track employee engagement and interaction across collaboration tools and communications.
• Support the execution of change management activities to help drive and facilitate user adoption.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Bachelors- preferred
