Communication Specialist – Contract 3 months

Hybrid position: (M-Thurs), with Friday remote

   

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $87,360 to $97,760 annually.

Your Day-to-Day:

 

  • Fulfill administrative tasks related to  building website landing pages
  • Developing and implementing marketing acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft, Bing Ads, and META (Facebook)
  • Take direction and action on tasks required to coordinate cross-functional team projects, including outside marketing agencies.
  • These tasks include: • Scheduling meetings • Capturing meeting notes • Sending emails to give direction and/or follow up on tasks, as requested by Director Marketing • Creating and managing project plans • Escalating issues that are blockers • Managing workflow processes that are “analog” – meaning they live outside of an official workflow or project management application
  • Coding Invoices & managing Marketing Expense Budget
  • Completing Credit Card Expense Reports for Director

 

Who You Are:

 

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

 

  • Marketing Skills/Experience: 
  • Understanding of basic digital marketing principles 
  • 3 – 5 years’ work experience in a corporate environment 
  • Demonstrated track record of using good judgment
  • Ability to work and thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner and the ability to navigate ambiguity by asking the right questions
  • Organized and Detail-oriented

 

Preferred

  • Understanding of basic accounting practices
  • 3-5 years of experience working in digital marketing
  • Disciplines include but are not limited to:  Website Publishing & Content Management Systems and Basic SEO understanding, Google Ads, Google Analytics and  META Ads
