Your Day-to-Day:
The position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities during planned and unplanned outages at fossil power plants.

- Review work scopes, technical drawings, and schedules to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors performing mechanical, electrical, and structural work on power plant equipment, including turbines, boilers, piping, and auxiliary systems.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of work completed, delays, and any modifications made during the outage.
- Mechanical coordinator must have prior Steam/ Combustion turbine, HRSG, Boiler or Valve maintenance oversight experience, familiar with BOP (Balance of Plant) equipment, P91 welding experience is a plus.
- Electrical coordinator must have Generator, Exciter, Auxiliary equipment maintenance supervision experience, have prior Electrical Supervisor/Superintendent role, grounding, medium/low voltage, transformer hands-on experience, P&ID
- Instrument & Control (I&C) coordinator must have instrumentation control systems calibration, testing and tuning experience, have prior field work on Distributive Control Systems (DCS) i.e.. GE Mark 5/6, Ovation; Commissioning, Startup of DCS before; familiar with P&ID, electrical and mechanical drawings
Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or trade certification preferred.
- Relevant Experience: 6 - 15 years of experience in years of experience in maintenance, repair, or outage work at power plants. At least 5 years in a supervisory or leader role in a power plant environment. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a PLUS.
- Other: Must be willing to work long shifts (10-12 hours per day), including nights and weekends, as required by the outage schedule
- Travel to various plant locations for outages is required
