About the role: Location: Homestead, FL 33035
We are searching for a Contract Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 4–6-month contract assignment. (W2) This is for the fossil power generation plants outages.
Key Responsibilities:
- The position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities during planned and unplanned outages at fossil power plants.
- This role ensures that all contracted work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and company policies.
- The position requires technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple team members.
Qualifications:
• Must be willing to work long shifts (10-12 hours per day), including nights and weekends, as required by the outage schedule; travel to various plant locations for outages is required
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or trade certification.
Relevant experience:
• 5+ years of experience in years of experience in maintenance, repair, or outage work at power plants.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leader role in a power plant environment

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $65.00/hr. to $70.00/hr.
