Insurance Operations Coordinator

Opportunity Overview:

Insurance Operations Coordinator position-based Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. This is a 1 year contract assignment.(W-2) You will provide essential support for daily insurance administration processes, financial coordination, and proper accounting methodology. You will report to the onsite manager.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Partner with project management teams on procurement activities, including purchase order creation, requisition processing, and full procure-to-pay support
• Track insurance-related costs and implement month-end accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accounting methodology and compliance with company policy
• Support master data creation and maintenance to ensure data accuracy across systems
• Coordinate with project managers, site personnel, finance, and business management to prepare and distribute memos required under financing agreements
• Facilitate executive signature processes for required documentation
• Maintain organized financial data and insurance tracking systems
• Monitor and validate all insurance-related cost flows
• Provide cost analysis and financial support to insurance providers

Who You Are:

• Experience with SAP financial modules
• Knowledge of month-end accrual processes
• Collaborate across multiple teams
