About the role: Location: Minneapolis, MN 55401
We're looking for a Program Manager (Bus Prof) on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) This is a Program Manager / Product Manager role supporting Demand Side Management (DSM) programs for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers. The contractor will manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of an assigned DSM product, ensuring the product meets its filed regulatory goals. You will work with internal sales, channel managers, vendors, trade partners, and regulatory teams.
Hybrid schedule: In office Tuesday–Thursday & Remote work on Mondays and Fridays
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55401
1-year contract assignment.(W-2)
Key Responsibilities:
- Day‑to‑day management of a DSM product (e.g., lighting)
- Forecast and budgeting to meet filed goals
- Manage program rules and regulatory requirements
- Work with trade partners, vendors, and internal sales teams
- Move projects through Salesforce (CRM)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory filings and program documentation
- Support testimony and filings (e.g., Texas filing mentioned)
- The “product” is not a physical product; it is a regulated utility program that incentivizes customers to adopt energy‑efficient technologies.
Qualifications:
- Program or product management experience
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Salesforce experience (very important)
- Partner and customer relationship management
- Experience in regulated environments (highly preferred)
