Project Management Consultant

About the role:

We're looking for a Project Management Consultant-Level 2 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will have experience leading the execution of multiple projects in parallel, with a emphasis on contractor-led delivery and coordination.

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410

Key Responsibilities:

• This role requires demonstrated ability to manage vendors and contractors, drive schedule and cost control, and coordinate engineering, operations, and compliance stakeholders to achieve on-time, high-quality execution.

• The consultant is expected to proactively manage risks and issues, maintain clear and consistent project reporting, and produce leadership-ready status updates and documentation

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools such as Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project is required, along with strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.

• Familiarity with regulated environments and NERC compliance practices, including audit-ready documentation, is preferred.
