Opportunity Overview:

Project Manager - E&C position based in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 1 year. contract assignment.(W-2). You will report to the onsite manager.  The Project Manager would need to have engineering experience with the Cost Reduction and Value Engineering. You'll join the Team within the Engineering and Construction department. You will focus on managing engineering projects from design through implementation that improve our client's Solar and BESS portfolio.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage engineering projects from conceptual design through commissioning and implementation

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to identify product improvements or cost reduction ideas

• Support implementation by providing technical input and project feasibility assessments

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project deliverables

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and team member communications

• Attend industry conferences and network with suppliers and vendors

• Contribute to process improvements and best practices for project delivery

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline

• 3+ years of experience managing engineering projects from design to implementation

• Project teams and coordinate multiple team members

• Project management fundamentals including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management

• Understanding of engineering design processes, technical specifications, and implementation challenges

• Experience with Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects or other Power generation systems

• Knowledge of project valuation methodologies and financial metrics (NPV, IRR, LCOE)

• Understanding of utility-scale energy project development

• Experience with data analysis and analytics

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $82.00/hr. to $87.00/hr.
