Sr Business Technology Analyst

The Senior Business Technology Analyst/Business Technology Analyst (BTA) plays a strategic role in allowing and accelerating new AI-driven plans along with support of other departments within Electric Distribution. You will drive clear, structured requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- The practitioner will analyze data from multiple sources, making recommendations for program and process improvements.
- The Senior BTA assists business owners with functional area subject matter expertise, business analysis strategies, and company networking/contacts.
- Reengineer technical processes for greater efficiency.
- Provide technical recommendations.
- Assist business owners by identifying, designing, and specifying systems. These procedures must make cost efficiency a priority and meet our requirements and corporate strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to shape the end-to-end product strategy, determine value, and ensure agreement on the product vision.
- Define performance metrics for solutions entering production, integrate testing of functionalities into the development process, and develop test plans.
- BTA III will track progress toward OKRs, ensuring agreement on the product vision, and manage software vendor relationships before project management.
Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent required
- Hand-on experience supporting AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics projects
- Experience working with data scientists or analytics engineers
- Exposure to AI tools and platforms
- Experience performing complex technical analysis of multiple data and business problems with analytical proficiency regarding the functional and technical development of application software solutions.
- Experience of digital domains, products, and user journeys.
- Experience managing product backlogs; experience tracking metrics critical to product teams; experience collaborating across multiple partners to compile requirements; understand Agile processes.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 35.00 to $41.00.
