Operational Buyer

Buyer - 9 - 12 month contract.  BA/ BS Required 

To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Buyer for our Global Supply Chain Team.

Your day to day: 
•    Process Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders
•    Proactively monitor confirmations of Purchase Orders from the suppliers •    Proactively manage on time deliveries
•    Resolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices
•    Closely collaborate with your internal customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
•    Report your achievements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
•    Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements
•    Support and promote a culture where a high quality of work is the norm

Who you are
•    BA in Supply Chain, Business or similar Required 
•    At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate environment, ideally in operational procurement/SCM area •    Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
•    Customer focus with proactive attitude
•    Negotiation skills will be an asset
•    Proficient use of SAP, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and  PowerPoint is desirable
