About the role:
As a Resident Site Manager II, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet client needs. You will report to the Director of MMC Operations. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide Scope of work estimates, budgets, develop project plans, and scheduleso

Oversee all phases of projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timelines

Collaborate with Engineers, contractors, utility personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and proper execution

Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate or eliminate them and address any issues that arise during the project life cycle

Ensure that all systems and components meet the proper standards and safety regulations

Conduct inspections of the work locations to monitor safety, progress and quality

Maintain regular communication with customers and WEC Leadership, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes in scope
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

10 years of experience managing projects and supervising building trades personnel

Equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.

Experience with mechanical systems, processes, materials, and drawings

Ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring collaboration and productivity
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $144,000.00 to $180,000.00.
