About the role:

As a Human Factors Engineer you will to join a team dedicated to enhancing organizational performance in the nuclear sector. Your role will involve close collaboration with our client. This is a full-time job.

 

You will report to the Competency Management Manager and be located at the Nuclear Power Plant in Ascó. This is a hybrid position.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support event analysis programs, identifying causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze performance indicators to lead operations.
  • Implement improvements based on operational experience, both internal and external.
  • Enhance human-system interaction through applied human factors engineering.
  • Participate in field activities and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement processes of a major industrial client, integrating technical knowledge with performance improvement methodologies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Technical university degree (Engineering or related field.
  • Interest and background in Human Factors.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to work on-site and participate in field activities.
  • 1+ year of experience or knowledge of the nuclear sector and its technologies.
  • Train in Occupational Risk Prevention
  • Demonstrated analytical and logical thinking capabilities.
  • Commitment to learning and development.
