About the role:
As a Human Factors Engineer you will to join a team dedicated to enhancing organizational performance in the nuclear sector. Your role will involve close collaboration with our client. This is a full-time job.
You will report to the Competency Management Manager and be located at the Nuclear Power Plant in Ascó. This is a hybrid position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support event analysis programs, identifying causes and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze performance indicators to lead operations.
- Implement improvements based on operational experience, both internal and external.
- Enhance human-system interaction through applied human factors engineering.
- Participate in field activities and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement processes of a major industrial client, integrating technical knowledge with performance improvement methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Technical university degree (Engineering or related field.
- Interest and background in Human Factors.
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Willingness to work on-site and participate in field activities.
- 1+ year of experience or knowledge of the nuclear sector and its technologies.
- Train in Occupational Risk Prevention
- Demonstrated analytical and logical thinking capabilities.
- Commitment to learning and development.
