About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of development and maintenance projects within Reactor Services France.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead project execution from initiation through close-out, ensuring delivery in line with safety, quality, cost, and schedule commitments. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, customers, and stakeholders to support operational excellence and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage, and monitor project execution in accordance with Westinghouse project management processes and procedures.
- Identify, assess, mitigate, and manage project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead contract management activities, including compliance monitoring, claims management, and change management.
- Facilitate and lead monthly project review meetings.
- Define and maintain project schedules, resource plans, financial forecasts, and risk registers.
- Update project schedules, resource requirements, and risk management plans as project needs evolve.
- Maintain and update project financial information within company systems.
- Review and approve project-related timesheets and expenses.
- Capture, document, and share project lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate technical expertise and resources to support issue resolution and site execution activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and business growth initiatives.
- Support and participate in the execution of First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) projects on customer sites when required.
