About the role:
Field Account Manager
Long Term Contract position
On-site in Berwick, PA
40+ hours a week
You will report to Jed Johnson and be onsite at the Susquehanna plant.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll updates
- Manage payroll data and submit reports
- Review timesheets, billing information, and workforce-related expenses.
- Oversee operations and field personnel
- Maintain partnerships with local union halls to fulfill site staffing needs and workforce demand.
- Develop relationships with site leadership, hiring managers, union representatives, and project team members.
- Partner with recruiters, operations teams, and site leadership to ensure successful workforce delivery.
- Manage logistics operations, staff and adherence to company policies and safety standards
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in nuclear and Field account management
- Must pass stringent background and drug screen
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. We estimate the hourly pay range for this position, which depends on qualifications, to be $50-$70 per hour.
