Your Day to Day
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Brattleboro, VT facility.
- Accountable leader for the safe operation of the Brattleboro, VT facility.
- Oversees the safe handling of radioactive material in accordance with Vermont Radioactive Materials License 44-301912-01.
- Provide workspace and facilities to execute maintenance of field services equipment, manufacturing operations, and engineering activities.
- Coordinate scheduling and execution of various processes at the facility; maintenance, manufacturing, engineering, facility upgrades/repairs, cleaning.
- Manage operational and capital budgets as it relates to the facility, permanent/installed equipment, shipping containers, and conveyances.
- Provide direction, to both direct report and matrix report employees, on the day-to-day operations within the Brattleboro facility.
- Maintain the minimum staffing levels at the facility to effectively implement the requirements of the radioactive material license and any other applicable state or municipality requirements.
- Chairs the Brattleboro radiation safety committee.
- Oversee EHS Program for the Brattleboro Facility.
- Ensure implementation of and providing oversight for the quality program.
Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you’d bring the following to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable technical field, or equivalent years of experience in leadership roles.
- 10+ years of personnel and facility management experience
- None
- Demonstrated strong organizational leadership skills
- Knowledge in the safe handling and storage of radioactive material, including regulatory requirements
- Manage with high standards, employee accountability, and ownership
- Experience in facility operations and budgeting
