About the role:

As an Operations Instructor, you will participate in all stages of the SAT (Systematic Approach to Training) process of the initial and retraining programs for power plant personnel.

Full-time role with a schedule adapted to the workplace, with hybrid face-to-face work.

You will report to the supervisor of the training school and will be located in Garoña (Burgos).

Main Responsibilities:

• During the initial training period, you will be qualified as an Operations Instructor for BWR technology plants.
• Once qualified, you will work as an Operations Instructor.
• You will participate in all stages of the training process (SAT), which includes analysis and evaluation.
• Specifically, you will manage the initial and training courses for the staff of the Garoña nuclear power plant, and these courses will be held in different training environments, including classroom, simulator and plant.
• You will perform both training tasks and Operational Consulting and Technical Support for electric power generation plants.
• Design, implement and evaluate the sessions corresponding to the initial training courses for plant personnel.
• Participate in LMS (Learning Management System) student and course management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in one of the scientific or technological disciplines recognized in Spain (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry...).
• Located in Garoña or nearby.
• Pedagogical capacity for training.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Requiered an English level above B1 (certificate, qualification or knowledge).
• Experience with LMS content management platforms will be valued.
• Driver's license and availability of own vehicle.
