Resident Site Manager
General Job Function: Assigned as the single point of contact for all Westinghouse Services onsite, the RSM will develop customer relationships and business opportunities. Participate in station leadership team meetings and integrate into the site leadership team (Outage Readiness Meetings, Plant Health Committee meetings, Manager Level Meetings, INPO Preparation Meetings, Outage HIT Team Meetings). Actively look for plant solutions utilizing WEC products and processes for site improvements. Support customer pre-outage planning and scheduling. Support the customer in outage reduction activities. Benchmark other sites to improve outage performance. During Outages, the RSM is the lead interface with the site OCC and Site Leadership Team.
Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):
• Provide management oversight for all WEC services.
• Manage the implementation of WEC outage activities in accordance with pre-established schedule and quality requirements.
• Manage the Project Managers in support of the deliverables associated with the various CSOWs.
• Communicate status and progress of on-site Westinghouse service efforts to the customer.
• Manage the arrival and departure of the various WEC organizations involved with the outage.
• Support efforts to coordinate and resolve any unexpected problems as they arise to minimize any outage delays.
• Commercial oversight, which includes documenting and reporting of commercial impact items.
• Single point of contact for the Westinghouse Outage Control Center (WOCC).
• Implementation and oversight of the Westinghouse Human Performance Observation Program.
• Participate in the Westinghouse Fleet Outage calls sharing lessons learned and best practices across all product lines.
• Lead all Safety or HU Performance investigations until all issues are resolved.
• Manage procedure reviews and submittals.
• Maintain planning and control information that is accurate and current.
• Assist in resolving schedule conflicts.

Education Level (Degree, Area of Study) – Minimum Requirement: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Skills and Competencies: Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of contract management, field project leadership and customer interface.
