This is a US Only Remote Role.

We are seeking an ambitious intern candidate to join our Global People & Culture team this summer and work directly for our Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer to support and assist the coordination of many key DE&I initiatives including:

  • Develop learning paths for self-paced on-line diversity training within OpenSesame learning management system
  • Assist in the research, coordination, and deployment of employee resources, communications and trainings
  • Research best practices to recommend new approaches, training, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvement of employment and DE&I programming
  • Prepare written reports and analysis


Who You Are:

  • Graduate level student studying Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Labor Relations
  • Demonstrated interest and commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Strong analytical capability, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills  
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
