About the role:

As an Advanced PM on the APX Supply Chain Integration team, you will manage the successful standardization, incorporation, and employment of project management type functions in the APX Supply Chain organization. You will achieve this by working on a team that maintains processes and procedures. The team will also align templates and other responsibilities, including change control, requirements management, KPIs, project reviews, and reporting functions.

You will report to the APX Supply Chain Integration Manager. This is a hybrid role based in Cranberry, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the integration of the APX Supply Chain organization by ensuring agreement of processes internally. Ensure agreement of change control, KPIs, and other reporting functions internally within the APX Supply Chain organization and externally within the broader overall APX Delivery Stream Project Management Organization.
• Forecast program performance, including identification of risk areas and development of mitigation strategies to ensure the program meets safety, quality, and financial goals.
• Support APX Supply Chain scope planning process. This process includes authoring project management plans and developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines/templates. Additionally, it involves creating risk and partner registers per Westinghouse Project Management Requirements (WPMR).
• Use and support Westinghouse project management systems and controls.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, supply chain, and project management teams to improve delivery and reduce risk.
• Provide regular updates to partners, including executive leadership, on program status, challenges, and achievements.
• Be a primary contact for project management, status, and responsibility for the APX Supply Chain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree. Applicable disciplines are Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a project manager.
• 6+ years of experience as project manager in a technical industry such as engineering, manufacturing, nuclear or construction helpful
• PMI PMP helpful
• Experience working in multinational teams
• Microsoft Project Expertise, Primavera or similar scheduling systems beneficial
• Ability to travel from 10 to 20%
• BBA, BA or BS Degree
• We require no engineering degree.
• Minimum 5+ years, typically 10-12 years.
• Experience collaborating with multinational teams

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200 to $129,000 per year.
