As an Analyst on our Outage Support Services (OSS) team, you will set up and maintain master data within SAP and will perform administrative activities needed to ensure appropriate personnel assignments and contract details for payroll processing and invoice creation.

 

You will report to the Outage Support Services Manager and be based out of our Cranberry Township, PA location. This position is eligible for a mobile/hybrid working arrangement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Bid to Bank related functionality, including the access and review of Sales Orders and Releases, creation and management of Project Systems.

  • Creation and release of Network Activities and Job Codes for value contracts.

  • Monitor and resolve CATS payroll errors

  • Provide score card creation and support for MMC sites

  • Assist with cross charge and reverse cross charge

  • Invoicing reconciliation and support

  • Performing Root causes analysis / problem solving

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving EP1 systems and process issues according to SLAs and business requirements.

  • Active participate in a collaborative environment by being approachable, supportive, and willing to share knowledge and resources.

 

Qualifications:

  • B.A, B.S or equivalent business experience

  • 0 to 4+ years of working experience

  • Understanding of the SAP Bid to Bank workflow. workflow (i.e. CRM, contract setup elements, cost accumulation, reconciliation, invoicing)

  • Background in data management

  • Proficient in SAP, PHX, Alight, D365, ADP Inquiry, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, ServiceNow, etc.

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $64,800.00 to $81,000.00 per year.
